Earl R Rosenquist Jr.

 Earl R. Rosenquist Jr, 72, of Hermitage, PA, passed away suddenly after battling cancer on February 7, 2024. Earl was born to Gloria and Earl Rosenquist Sr. on October 2,1951 in Warren, PA. Earl spent some time at Edinboro College before finding his calling as a store manager for Loblaws Supermarket.

Earl married his adoring wife, Linda, on July 3,1971, and were married for 52 years.

Earl had three big loves in his life: his family, the outdoors, and his career. Earl was an outdoorsman at heart who loved every season of the year. Earl had a passion for gardening and landscaping, taking great pride in his yard. Earl was at his second home when he was working. His knowledge of running a supermarket was unmatched. He enjoyed hiking and traveling around the world with his loving wife Linda. While living in Erie, Linda and Earl spent time with friends playing softball and bowling and enjoyed going to Presque Isle and canoeing in the lagoons. Earl loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Earl is survived by his wife, Linda, and their children Elizabeth Schumann and Matthew (Kristy) Rosenquist. He is also survived by his grandchildren Tyler (Paige) Montroy and Caitlin Schumann. Earl also leaves behind one great-grandchild Jeramie. Earl is survived by two sisters; Susan Norberg and Christina Powell, one brother; Richard Rosenquist, and two sister-in-laws; Judy Lopez and Terrie Fachetti.

Earl is preceded in death by his parents, Earl Rosenquist Sr and Gloria Rosenquist. He is also preceded in death by his Mother-in-Law Anita Echelmeyer Oaks.
