Robin James Bowser, 72 of New Vernon Twp, Sandy Lake, passed away on August 7, 2023 at Sharon Regional Hospital. Robin was born in Rimersburg on June 13, 1951, to the late Robert and Betty (McCracken) Bowser. He was a graduate of South Park High School in Pittsburgh and then went on to Zion Bible College. He worked as a youth pastor for many years and then as a machinist at Etna Machine shop in Cochranton. He was Christian by faith. Robin loved anything cars: car shows, model cars, and RC car racing with his son Chris. He also enjoyed ships along with RC boats. He loved road trips to visit family in other states and just enjoying the open road. Most of all he loved his family. Robin married his beloved wife: Beth Ann (Wescott) Bowser on October 10, 1987, she preceded him in death on June 25, 2020. He is survived by his children: Gina (John) Gausp of Tampa, FL; Christopher Robin (Lori) Bowser of Herbert, NC; Holly Baker of Girard, OH; and Tammy Kerr of Fredonia, grandchildren: Giavonna; Brandon; Cody; Kara; and Mason, and great-grandchildren: Jasper and Angelo. In addition to his wife and parents, Robin was preceded in death by his beloved Chihuahua: Katie. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose Simplicity Cremation & Funeral Center, Inc. 200 S.
