Laura Margaret Woodworth

Laura "Margaret" Woodworth, 79 of Mercer passed away May 18th, 2024 at Jamison Hospital, New Castle, Pennsylvania. Born in Grove City, Pennsylvania on March 5, 1945 to George and Angela (Bollinger)Hites, Margaret was a talented crocheter and loved making stained glass. She also was an excellent cook, cooking for many years at the old Mercer County Home. She loved her boys, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren more than anything and Margaret was the kind of person who would do anything for anyone right down to giving you her last dollar. She will be missed by many especially her family; Sons; Shawn Woodworth (Tammy), Michael Woodworth (Brittany), Grandchildren; Gavin, Chloe (Kyle), Connor and Chelsi Woodworth, Trenton Snow (Devyn), Destiny and Dakota Landers, Raelynn Woodworth (Austin) and Zander Woodworth. Her siblings Rita Himes (Floyd), Sherry Richardson (Don), Patty Adams (Gene) and Roberta Mays (Bill). Along with several Nieces and Nephews. Preceding her in death, along with her parents, was her loving husband Robert Edward Woodworth, whom she married June 18, 1975, and siblings, Charles, Claude, Timothy and Dorothy.
