Accept, Feel & Detach

Allow your emotions to flow freely through you, truly letting yourself feel what overcomes you. It does not mean you must entertain these emotions for long , mostly pertaining to sadness, anxiousness, grief & so on but more so give yourself time to heal. Accept the feelings for what they are & then take a step back. Detach yourself from the situation & make sure to remind yourself that it is just a temporary feeling. It is necessary for you to feel such pain. Because in order for your mind & body to grow and evolve , it must be placed in unfamiliar/uncomfortable situations as such. Don’t turn and run away in times like these, it is preparing you to become stronger than the day before. Acknowledge it as an opportunity to lead you to a brighter, positive path.
